Our Delivery Service |

We have 17 purpose-built 3.5 tonne vans which make, on average, 140 deliveries a day. That means that we complete a delivery every 3 minutes of every working day!
We offer a next working day delivery service, do not charge for delivery and have no minimum order size.
So whether you’re furnishing an entire flat or just buying a coffee table, we’ll deliver it the next day and with no delivery charge right across London. The prices you see on this website and in our brochure are the all-in, delivered prices to you.
We’re also happy to deliver nationwide – please call us to discuss your requirements on 0845 1 088 088.
For every delivery we will, for no extra charge and as standard:
organize access to the delivery address. We give 3 hour time slots as standard and will always try to meet your requirements wherever possible
provide you with access to our 2 dedicated transport managers so that you can track the progress of your delivery
pick up keys from you (if you would like) and re-deliver them after the delivery is complete
arrange the furniture in the appropriate rooms, at your instruction
assemble all furniture and remove any packaging that may accompany it
install, connect and test washing machines and electric cookers for you and leave them ready for use
remove old furniture on a like-for-like basis for a one-off charge of £4.65. That means we're happy to take old sofas, beds, cookers and dispose of them responsibly. We're also Council approved to remove fridges and fridge-freezers and arrange to have them recycled in line with best practice for £25 each
provide a free and comprehensive delivery note to you.
We recognise that finding the right furniture at the right price still leaves much work to be done. We’ll do all that work for you.
