With the launch of David Phillips Living and David Phillips Design Classics, we have extended the service that we offer.
David Phillips Living is a specialist supplier of design and furniture solutions to developers, investors, agents and home owners. Formed through the merger of David Phillips and Perspective Living in 2007, we are focused on meeting the exacting demands of our customers. Totally independent and free from conflicts of interest, we aim to achieve the highest quality look and feel in contemporary furnishings in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible price. Between us, we have more than 6,000 customers and count among them some of the UK’s leading developers, property managers and agents.
David Phillips Design Classics was launched in September 2007 and has been inspired by some of the finest designers of the 20th century - Le Corbusier, Eames, Jacobsen, Knoll, Noguchi. Design Classics is built on the four principles of:

Five levels of furniture package, which cover bedroom, bathroom and sitting room items, ‘are available from £1,099 (excluding VAT) to £4,499 for a two-bedroom apartment. Kitchen accessories are available and packages are flexible should you want to add something in or take something out.
All in all, calling in the professionals is the easiest and quickest way to transform a rental property into a comfortable, rewarding investment.

FEBRUARY 2007 - David Phillips at The Homebuyer Show
Time flies when you're having fun so that must mean it's time for us to exhibit at The Homebuyer Show, to be held at ExCel, London 2 - 4 March, 2007. This is in its 16th year and will attract around 300 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors over 3 days. We're on Stand 988 and look forward to seeing you there.
DECEMBER 2006 – New Brochure NOW AVAILABLE
We have just launched our new 2007 brochure – which has a significantly new look and feel. We’ve included some new products that we have been trialling for a few months now; some we previously held as specials and some completely new! We hope you enjoy all of them.
Some of our new products for 2007 are:
- a range of 5 David Phillips packages (pages 10 – 19). These cover price points from £699 for a 1 bedroom Bronze package through to £4499 for a 2 bedroom Black package. Unlike many package companies, these are of course suggestions only, and please feel free to chop and change as you wish;
- a new, improved linen pack, (page 22) which now features 100% Egyptian cotton with a 200 threadcount per square inch;
- the Elizabeth bed (page 28) which is really a premium divan bed – and of course, available either as a full divan bed or mattress to fit any of our frame beds;
- the Town bed (page 31) a matching bed for our very successful Town furniture;
- the Alive furniture range (page 36), a range of walnut finish Shaker-style bedroom furniture;
- an expanded Geneva range of tables and chairs, now reduced in price and even better value (page 44);
- two new glass table and chair sets – the Seattle and the Chicago (page 48);
- the Kobe dining table set, which combines wonderful mahogany and glass at an amazing price (page 49);
- the Roma sofa which is available in a beautiful waffle at only £340 (page 55);
- the Cannes sofa in glorious wool and at least half the high street price (page 59);
- a whole new Work/Live range (page 72 and 73); and
- an expanded range of appliances – and every one at frozen 2006 prices (page 76 – 83).

DECEMBER 2006 – See you in 2007!
As we start to think about our plans for 2007, we’ve already booked our place at the following shows:
- The Homebuyer Show, to be held at ExCel, London 2 - 4 March, 2007. This is in its 16th year and will attract around 300 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors over 3 days;
- The Property Investor and Homebuyer Show, to be held at SECC Glasgow 20 – 22 April, 2007. This is now in its third year and has grown each year since launch. The show is co-located with The Ideal Home & Garden Show and is very popular with professionals and investors alike; and
- The Property Investor Show, ExCel London 21 – 23 September, 2007. Over 12,000 investors attended in 2006 and the number is bound to grow in 2007.
We are also intending to build on our relationships with The Southern Private Landlords Association (SPLA) and The London Property Network (LPN). More news soon, no doubt.

JULY 2006 – David Phillips Scotland launches
We are very pleased to announce the launch of David Phillips Scotland. Based in Edinburgh, we have a new warehouse with 5,000 sq.ft. and a dedicated David Phillips 3.5 tonne van. We are seeking to bring the David Phillips core principles of speed, flexibility, and ultimate customer service to professional property managers, letting agents and managing agents across Scotland.
Richard Cavaye, Managing Director of David Phillips Scotland, said: “I am very excited about the opportunity to be responsible for starting up David Phillips Scotland. We are convinced that we can bring a service of real use to property managers across Scotland and the North of England and I am really looking forward to the challenges ahead. JULY 2006 - David Phillips moves!
We are excited to announce that we are moving offices and warehouse. From Monday 10th July, we will be at:

JUNE 2006 - David Phillips delivering pretty much anywhere in Britain!
Our aim has always been to provide a simliar service across the UK, to the one we currently provide in London. As we grow and expand our fleet, it has become easier for us to deliver furniture across England, Scotland and Wales. Nottingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Devon - these are all some of the places we have delivered to over the past 3 months. APRIL 2006 - David Phillips at the Homes and Property Live 2006 Show.
David Phillips will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Evening Standard Homes and Property Live 2006 Show to be held at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London N1 from Friday 7th April to Sunday 9th April.

JANUARY 2006 - David Phillips announces the launch of a new website and brochure.
Now in its 8th year and 12th version, David Phillips has continued to broaden the range of its industry-leading brochure and now directly distributes it to more than 2,000 customers.
In this brochure, new ranges have been introduced across the board at great prices. They include:
